Returns Eligibility
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the inspection. If the items delivered do not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The incorrect items must be returned unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Note that certain items may not be eligible for returns, including custom-made orders, personalized items, or those marked as final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at harishexporterwebsite@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days, and it will be issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when an item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. For damaged or defective items, we will replace them with the same item at no additional cost.
International Returns
International returns follow the same process as domestic returns. However, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the return. Refunds for international returns will be issued in the original payment currency, and currency conversion fees may apply.
